We accept the following paypal, check or money order.
Taxes
California residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax.
Order Lead Time
We ship via UPS and most orders will be processed and shipped within 10-14 days of order confirmation. Exceptions are special/custom orders.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return that item (except custom/special orders) for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling costs.
If you wish to make a return, please contact us at:
customerservice@featherwinetoppers.com or 949-412-1593 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items must be returned within 10 days of shipment date and must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. We will credit you with a check or paypal account that was used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account. We do not charge shipping on exchange item orders.
When making a return, please make sure to:
1. Return your item(s) in original state
2. Include the following with your returned item:
* A copy of your order
* Your Return Authorization #
* A brief description of the reason for return
* Your daytime phone # and/or email address
* Your mailing address
* If an exchange, please provide order details

Order Status Inquiries
Upon shipping your order we will email you the tracking information for your package. To view your order history, please log in to your account or call 949/412-1593.
Availability
Here today, gone tomorrow. Some of our beading and trim are available in limited quantities. We could "oversell" an item before realizing it. If that happens, we will fill orders for that item on a "first come, first served" basis until we run out. We will notify you by phone or email if this occurs to make the appropriate changes.
Custom/Special Orders
Upon placement of the order you will be contacted via email as to the expected shipping date. Please note that this is based on product availability.
